Yes, flight cancellation is supported for online bookings that have been paid for with a single form of payment (FOP) (i.e. Credit Card only). There may be fees associated with the cancellation of your tickets depending on the fare conditions of your ticket.
Note: If you have booked through a Travel Agent, we recommend that you contact them directly to effect any cancellation.
