After retrieving your booking by entering your Air Niugini Booking Reference and the Last Name and clicking the 'SEARCH' button, you will be redirected to the MYB hub - this is the central page where the passenger's trip details appear. From here, select the 'CANCEL FLIGHT' tab. The Cancel Flight step will initiate the flight cancellation flow. Follow the sequence of steps to complete your flight cancellation.
