Follow the steps below to request your meal online


Travellers can request their preferred special meal types when booking on our website, before their scheduled flights. These special meal requests are offered only on our international flights.


Step 1 – Retrieve your existing Booking


  • Visit the homepage to reveal the booking widget
  • On the Manage Booking tab, enter your Booking Reference and Last Name and click “Manage Booking” to retrieve your existing booking.




Step 2 – Select Edit Passengers Option


  • Choose Edit Passengers option to go to the passenger details page.



  • Here you will see the “Add Special Requests” option. Selecting this will give you requests selection list to choose from, including Meal Preferences as shown below.





Step 3 – Select your preferred meal option


You can add your meal preference by choosing from the dropdown list.




Air Niugini offers passengers a range of specific meals to meet their dietary, religious and medical requirements, on request. See details here: 



  • Click “Update Travellers & Return to Trip Details” when done


Step 4 – Confirmation


You can confirm your Meal request on the confirmation page as shown below.
